Servo-Flo™ 401

These
Micro-Meter 1 series positive rod displacement meters dispenses
single and multiple beads (Servo-Bead) or specific shot sizes
(Servo-Shot). The Servo-Shot Micro-Meters dispense precision
volumes of 1 component materials in the range of 0.01 cc’s up to
3.6 cc’s.
The Servo-Flo 401 meter dispenses precision volumes of 1
component materials in the range of 1 cc up to 8.5 cc’s.
The servo drive design allows the flow rate to be adjusted
during the dispense cycle to ensure the bead profile or shot
volume meets the application requirement.
The dispense valve can be meter outlet mounted or remote mounted
for flexible location requirements.

Servo-Flo™ Gear Meter
|

The
Servo-Flo Gear Meter is a servo motor driven pump specifically
designed for precision metering of medium to high viscosity
materials.
This meter is typically used for dispensing 1 Component
silicones and urethanes for gasketing applications.
The Servo-Flo Gear Meters do not require reloading at the end of
the dispense cycle and allow the flow rate to adjust during
dispense and from part to part.
The Gear Meter is also available in a High Volume (HV) format.
This meter can be combined with a second gear meter for
2 Component meter-mix and dispense.

Powered by an Air-Draulic™ air-oil cylinder or Electric
servo-motor drive system to provide pre-set consistent flow
rates (air-oil) or variable flow rates (servo) for bead or spray
applications.
The positive rod displacement metering unit is sized to your
specific application requirement and available in sizes from
small shots down to 1 cc and large volume shots up to 235 cc or
larger.

This
1 component rod displacement shot meter system dispenses precise
shot volumes of low, medium or high viscosity materials. The
meter uses adjustable position hard stop shot controls and clean
cut-off dispense valves to dispense the exact volume.
The dispensed volume, from 1 cc through several hundred cc’s, is
adjusted manually and is powered by an air cylinder. The meter
can be supplied by pressure tanks or pumps.
The controls allow integration with automation for precision
volumes of material dispensed on demand.
Various shot meter sizes available to meet your application
requirements.

ISD meter is double-acting for continuous flow of 1 component
medium to high viscosity materials. This system is ideal for
sealer dispensing applications requiring high volumes dispensed
quickly without reloading.
ISD systems typically use 2 ball or chop-check high volume
pumps. Select a dispensing valve from a wide selection including
Servo-Ribbon Applicator, Multi-Stream Applicator, Slotted Nozzle
Applicator, Snuf-Bak, Tip-Seal and No-Drip for extruding,
streaming and spraying materials.
Meter options include waterborne/abrasive material design,
DeviceNet and material temperature control.
